Absinthe Sour is a fresh cocktail where the sharpness of lemon and the sweetness of sugar meet the herbal character of absinthe. Together these flavours create a refreshing, timeless whole. That's why the drink is perfect before a meal, or as an elegant start to the evening.

We serve Green Absinthe the traditional way, with ice-cold water and a sugar cube – just as artists and poets enjoyed it during l’heure verte in 19th-century Paris. According to legend, the drink could conjure up both green fairies and poetic inspiration. For that reason it is as legendary as it is timeless.

The experience is the same as Absinthe Classic – but this time for two. Green Absinthe is served with ice-cold water and a sugar cube, instantly evoking bohemian evenings in Paris. In this way, a conversation between friends suddenly takes on an artistic note.

Whiskey, hot coffee, brown sugar and whipped cream.
Irish Coffee was invented in the 1940s by head chef Joe Sheridan at the Foynes restaurant near the airport in Limerick, Ireland. When frozen American passengers needed warming up, he created this smooth yet powerful combination. The result was a perfect warming drink for chilly evenings. It is also a classic way to end a good dinner.

This bubbly cocktail was inspired by Hemingway's passion for absinthe. The name also comes from his book of the same title, in which he dramatically portrays the most charged moment of the bullfight – death in the afternoon. Consequently the flavour is bold, yet well balanced.

Whiskey, sugar cube, Angostura bitters & soda water.
The Old Fashioned appeared as early as the 19th century as a way to enjoy spirits in their purest form, yet still in balance. To this day this iconic cocktail is appreciated for its clean composition and timeless charm. Despite new trends, the Old Fashioned stands firm – elegant, powerful and classic.

Aperol, sparkling wine & soda water.
Aperol Spritz is traditionally served in a large wine glass with ice and a slice of orange. When the drink got its name in the 1950s, it spread quickly across northern Italy, especially in Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Since then, with its orange-red colour and fresh bubbles, it has become a staple of every aperitivo.

Gin, fresh lime juice, sugar & sparkling wine.
The French 75 was born at the legendary Harry's New York Bar in Paris between the world wars. Because the combination of gin and bubbles was considered unusually powerful, the drink was named after a French 75 mm field gun. Today this elegant cocktail is enjoyed for its balance of sourness, sweetness and fizz – always with a festive feel.

Baileys, Kahlua, vodka & whipped cream.
A Mudslide is dessert in a glass – a creamy, sweet cocktail with notes of butterscotch and chocolate liqueur. It is usually served in a tumbler and generously topped with whipped cream and cherries. That makes it perfect when you want to end the evening on a smoother note. It is also a must for dessert lovers.

Sparkling wine, elderflower, freshly squeezed lime & pennyroyal.
This fresh, floral cocktail flirts with Hemingway's world while keeping the alcohol content lower by leaving out spirits. The sweetness of the elderflower is balanced by lime, and of course there is also an alcohol-free version. That way everyone can enjoy it, alcohol-free if they wish.

Light rum, fresh lime juice, grenadine & egg white.
With its gentle sweetness and beautiful pink hue, this cocktail makes an excellent dessert drink. At the same time rum and lime give it a fresh base, while the egg white adds a smooth texture. It can also easily be made alcohol-free.

Gin, elderflower, pomegranate, pennyroyal, tonic & lime.
Elegant and seductive – just like Ms Adler. Broker's Dry Gin meets elderflower and pomegranate for a floral, fruity twist. If you prefer a lighter version, there is also an alcohol-free variant. So you can enjoy it whatever your mood.

Gin, Licor 43, mango juice, fresh lime juice, egg white & chilli flakes.
For those who like heat with a fruity twist, Man-go's to Hell delivers both tang and bite. Mango and lime meet chilli in a cheeky but balanced cocktail. It can also be made alcohol-free, making it a drink for all the brave.

Gin, Chambord, sugar, fresh lemon juice, egg white & liquorice powder.
A sweet, deep cocktail with flavours of black raspberry and liquorice. Inspired by Sherlock Holmes' shadier side, but completely legal. That's why Opium is especially fitting as the evening heads into its darker hours.

Gin, melon liqueur, curaçao, fresh lime juice & egg white.
Looking for a fruity finish? Léstrade Nightcap delivers both sweetness and freshness. It is also served in a playful bulb glass, making it especially memorable as the last drink of the night.

Whisky, fresh lemon juice, sugar & egg white.
This whisky-based cocktail combines tart citrus notes with smooth egg-white foam. The result is a sophisticated drink served over ice in a tumbler. It is equally suited to conversation and contemplation.

Vodka, cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, grenadine & egg white.
Fruity, tart and full of cherries – Cherry On is both vibrant and elegant. It is served over ice and is also available alcohol-free. Whichever you choose, the flavour shines through.

Rum, grapes, sugar, fresh lemon juice & egg white.
A fresh, playful cocktail with muddled grapes and tart lemon. Perfect company during an adventure game, or when you simply want to escape everyday life. It is also available without alcohol.

Gin, Aperol, tonic & lime.
Inspired by Pip, the thief of Baker Street, this cocktail offers both bitterness and freshness. At the same time it is light, flavourful and perfect as the first drink of the evening – or for sneaking into the centre of the conversation.

Bellini – Sparkling wine & peach purée.
The Bellini is an iconic cocktail from Venice, created in the 1940s by Giuseppe Cipriani. He was inspired by the colour palette of the artist Giovanni Bellini, and the result was this fruity classic. It is also available alcohol-free, so whatever your mood, there's a Bellini for you.

Gin & tonic with lime.
A classic that never disappoints. Here Broker's Dry Gin is served with Thomas Henry Tonic in a highball glass. Sometimes that's all you need.

Rum & Coca-Cola with lime.
The Cuba Libre is more than just rum and cola – it's history in a glass. Simple, refreshing and always popular. Especially when the evening starts with a touch of nostalgia.
