To start booking, press the "BOOK" button at the top right of the page. Alternatively, you can scroll down on the home page to find the same button.
Once you are on the booking page, choose the game you want to book and follow the instructions carefully. Please note that bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance and must be paid at the time of purchase.
If you need to make several bookings, please make a separate purchase for each game.

Of course you can play with us even if you are a larger group! Simply split into several teams and book several games.

Here you can be 3–6 personer per spel.
If you are more than 6 people, split into several teams and book as many games as needed so that everyone can play.
Sherlock Mysteries
Here you can be 2–4 personer per spel.
If you are more than 4 people, split into several teams and book as many games as needed so that everyone can play.
It is also a fun way to play – the teams can compete against each other!
When you complete your booking, we send a confirmation email to the email address provided. Please note that payment must be completed for the booking to be finalised. If payment is not made within a certain time frame, the booking is cancelled automatically and we will send you an email to let you know.

Please note that the booking is removed if payment is not completed within 30 minutes. The game time then becomes available for booking on our website again.
If you have followed the steps above and still have not received a confirmation email, please email or call us and we will be happy to help.
If payment is not completed in time, the game is cancelled automatically. A confirmation email is then sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
In some cases the payment may show as reserved, but the amount is usually returned within 2–3 banking days. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process manually.
If you have purchased cancellation protection, you can cancel your game and receive a refund up to 48 hours before the game starts.
You can also rebook the game by contacting us at least 48 hours before the game starts.

Yes, absolutely! Our Sherlock Mysteriesgames – The Mystery of the Old Machine, The Mystery of Madame Zizam and The Mystery of the M/S Moran – are designed for 2–4 people. These games are in our restaurant, The Sherlock Holmes Cocktail Bar, where you can order something nice to drink before the game and bring it in with you when you start.
Arrive on time!
Our games on Baker Street start exactly at the booked time. If you arrive late you will miss the game, so make sure to be on time. To make sure everyone is there, please gather your group 30 minutes before the start to check in at our Cocktail Bar (Norra Vallgatan 16, Malmö). You will then get a well-hosted introduction to the game, as well as a few tips.
Please note that latecomers cannot take part, and no refund is possible for late arrival.
To get the most out of your experience, come prepared! Visit the toilet beforehand and bring reading glasses if you need them. If you have booked more than one game, please split into teams before the start.
You are always welcome to settle down in The Sherlock Holmes Cocktail Bar at Norra Vallgatan 16 before the game. If you are playing Sherlock Mysteries, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the game starts so you have time to order something to drink and bring it into the game.
You can always add more players to your booked game until it starts. Payment for extra players is made on site. Please note that each game has a maximum number of players, which you can find on our website in the information about each game.
We design our games for adults, but young people are also welcome. The experience varies from person to person, so we let parents decide whether their child is ready. The age limit is 18 without an adult. Younger children are welcome when accompanied by an adult – we recommend from age 12, but the guardian decides whether the child can take part. Please note that all games are in English and are challenging even for adults.
For JACK the age limit is 18, or 15 when accompanied by an adult.
Babies may not take part. The environment at Sherlocked is not suitable for babies, and we make no exceptions to this rule.
Sherlocked always offers 5–6 different games, divided into two concepts:
The games on Baker Street – JACK, Moriarty's Revenge and The Baskerville Treasure – also include entry to the Baker Street house, where all games are presented with a performance by actors in an elaborate set.
Our Sherlock Mysteries are played at The Sherlock Holmes Cocktail Bar and are perfect for those who want to sit down and solve a mystery with something nice to drink.
All our games are in English and the actors on Baker Street speak English. The staff in the bar and restaurant speak Swedish.
You buy the gift card digitally on our website on the page Gift cards. It is sent to the buyer's (or recipient's) email address as soon as payment is completed. Each voucher has a unique number (gift code) that you enter when booking online.
The gift code is valid for one year from the payment date and can only be used when booking game sessions via the website, not as payment on site. The visit must take place within the validity period, so book well before the gift code expires.
A Gift Box (a gift box with a brass key) can be bought on site for 50 kr each. If you would like the Gift Box sent by post, there is a shipping fee of 50 kr.
Do you have a gift card with a gift code, even if you have a Gift Box? Enter the gift code in the field "ADD DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD" when booking on our website, and the payment will be registered correctly. The gift code applies to bookings on the website, and the gift card is only valid for game bookings via the website. It cannot be used as payment on site. Book and play before the gift code expires (one year from the payment date).

Do you have a Malmö City gift card? The gift card can be used on site and is valid for food, all drinks and any extra players added. Please note that the purchase amount must exceed the value of the gift card and that the gift card cannot be used when booking online.
Sherlocked is located in the Sankt Gertrud quarter of Malmö, only about a 10-minute walk from Malmö Central Station. You will find us at two different addresses depending on which game you have booked:
Whichever game you have chosen, you always check in at our cocktail bar at Norra Vallgatan 16, about 30 minutes before the start. From there we will show you to the game.
You are welcome to have a drink before your visit. In our Sherlock Mysteries you can buy something to drink at The Sherlock Holmes Cocktail Bar and bring it into the game. You may not bring your own alcohol onto our premises. We reserve the right to refuse participation if the game master judges that anyone in the group is too intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, in which case no refund will be given.

Sherlocked is located in Malmö's historic quarter, and as our premises are old and listed, we unfortunately cannot fully adapt the buildings for all types of disabilities. However, some games and premises may be better suited depending on your needs.
